Protective Styling 101
What is protective styling and what does it to for your
hair, you may ask? Well protective styling is quite simple in terms; it is
styling the hair in low manipulation styles to protect the ends of the hair shaft and help retain length; Great
to add to fall and winter routines. There are many styles to choose and try!
Such as:
Updos
Twists
Buns
Braids

. Be mindful to use caution and care by make sure that hair is moisturized and nourished, hair ties, pins, braids, stitching, etc are
not too tight or pulling. Try using the
LOC (Liquid.Oil.Cream) Method with Oh So Natural by China Ashleigh or other
fave products! Commit to a protective style challenge on your favorite social
sites or simply challenge yourself with a set goal!
